For families and friends who are looking to slow things down, our King-Size-Apartment in the 1st floor is the perfect place. This ideally portioned, spacious holiday home is located on the second floor.

Both bedrooms boast stunning views of the ski slopes and the picturesque Ischgl mountain scenery. Two glass doors open onto a spacious balcony with ample seating, where you can savour your morning coffee as the sun rises.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, featuring a Nespresso capsule machine (with capsules available at reception), a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a kettle. It provides everything you need to prepare meals or simply enjoy a quiet coffee break.
For entertainment, each bedroom is fitted with a flatscreen cable TV with integrated radio, allowing you to relax with your favourite programme or enjoy some background music. There is also a third television opposite the cosy seating area, complete with a bench, perfect for shared evening relaxation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and property, and a personal safe is provided for your convenience.
Both bedrooms are designed with luxurious bathroom amenities. Each includes a washbasin with a large wall-mounted and vanity mirror, along with premium toiletries, facial tissues, a hairdryer, and towels. The modern rain showers are accessible directly from the bedrooms; one includes a WC, while an additional WC is located separately. Fluffy bathrobes, slippers, and bath towels are provided to enhance your comfort.
Ski storage is made effortless with a heated locker in our ski room. Additionally, we have arranged two heated ski and boot depots at the base of the Fimbabahn cable car (key card available at reception). This allows you to walk to the gondola in your everyday shoes and enjoy a hassle-free transition to the slopes. After a long day skiing, you can seamlessly switch to relaxation mode.
Should you have any questions or require assistance, our team is just a call away via your in-room telephone, which also includes a wake-up function. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
INCLUSIVE SERVICES:
Starter set of coffee & tea, filled sugar shaker, salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, dishwasher detergent and kitchen roll. On request: daily towel change service, fresh bread service and "eat & drink service."

PARKING

You can drive your car comfortably to the front door of the raetia alpinlounge to unload or load your luggage. During your stay, we have reserved a dedicated parking space in our parking lounge.
Pets
€ 20.00 per animal/day
House-trained four-legged friends are welcome with us. For a small surcharge, your dog will also feel at home in your apartment (dog food not included in the price). We ask for your understanding that no animals are allowed in the spa/wellness area.
FINAL CLEANING
€ 120,00 (one-time costs)
So that you can enjoy your holiday until the very last minute, we’ll take over the careful and comprehensive final cleaning of the apartment. For this we charge the above mentioned amount 1x.
