Just the essentials: The Basement Apartment doesn’t require much space to give you the feeling of comfort and security. Here you can relax and unwind in a stylish and elegant atmosphere. The apartment is ideal for lovers, but also children who are already too big to sleep in their parents' room.

Enjoy togetherness

The bright, modern Basement Room is best enjoyed in cosy togetherness, but can also be used with two single box spring beds. Indirect daylight pours pleasantly & softly through the window via a light shaft. Along with atmospheric lighting effects, this lends the room a uniquely warm atmosphere that tempts you to switch off and kick back

If you feel like a cosy evening for two, you can conjure up a culinary treat in the fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle and Nespresso capsule machine (capsules available at the reception). Afterwards, the flat screen cable TV, radio and free WI-FI invite you to enjoy a relaxing end of the day. The elegant bathroom has a shower, WC, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. In addition, we have prepared cuddly towels as well as fluffy bathrobes, slippers and various care products for even more moments of well-being. A safe is available for your valuables and if you have any questions, you can reach us via your room telephone with integrated alarm. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in all apartments.

INCLUSIVE SERVICES:

Starter set of coffee & tea, filled sugar shaker, salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, dishwasher detergent and kitchen roll. On request: daily towel change service, fresh bread service and "eat & drink service."

PARKING

€ 15.00 per day

You can drive your car comfortably to the front door of the raetia alpinlounge to unload or load your luggage. During your stay, we have reserved a dedicated parking space in our parking lounge.

Pets

€ 20.00 per animal/day

House-trained four-legged friends are welcome with us. For a small surcharge, your dog will also feel at home in your apartment (dog food not included in the price). We ask for your understanding that no animals are allowed in the spa/wellness area.

FINAL CLEANING

€ 70.00 (one-time costs)

So that you can enjoy your holiday until the very last minute, we’ll take over the careful and comprehensive final cleaning of the apartment. For this we charge the above mentioned amount 1x.
